Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be with you on a specific day and we cannot hold back any orders. We are able to dispatch before a specific date for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day or Mothers Day, but we do not guarantee delivery on these days – only that we will dispatch your cakes with time for them to be delivered.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but due to the nature of our product there can be an up to 3 working day despatch time.
All of our cakes are wrapped as soon as cool to keep them fresh. Every box is dated with a minimum of 10 days shelf life but this is actually precaution as they have been approved with over 30 days shelf life. Our cakes can also be frozen.
Sorry, no – as we are currently very busy, we unfortunately cannot accommodate customised orders at this time. However, this is something that we will be looking to work on in the near future.
Pausing or cancelling a subscription must be done by the account holder.

If at any time you would like to resume a subscription you can, of course, do so through the same process.

Gluten Free: I am afraid we don't have any gluten free options at the moment but we would love to do this in the future, watch this space!
Realised you have made a mistake in the address?
Send over your order number in our contact form and tell us what you would like us to change it to. We will pass the note on to the packing team to see if we can ammend this in time. We begin packing orders early to try and get orders dispatched as quick as we can for customers, so there is a chance your order may have already been packed.
No, all invoices are electronic.
No, they are too deliciously thick.
If you ordered a weekly subscription for example, on a Tuesday, your order will be processed after 7 days, the following Tuesday.
If you ordered a fortnightly subscription, your order will be processed after 14 days.
If you ordered a monthly subscritpion on the 21st of one month, for example, the renewal order will be processed on the 21st of the next month.
