Can I arrange my cakes to arrive on a specific day?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be with you on a specific day. We are able to dispatch before a specific date for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day or Mothers Day, but we do not guarantee delivery on these days – only that we will dispatch your cakes with time for them to be delivered.
When will my order be shipped?
We will endeavour to despatch orders as quickly as possible but due to the nature of our product there can be an up to 3 working day despatch time.
How long will my cakes keep once received?
All of our cakes currently have a 14-day shelf life at ambient temperature but they will stay fresh longer if refrigerated and can also be frozen. Every cake box will have a date stamp on the bottom showing when it was produced.
Can I substitute something in my mixed box for another cake?
Sorry, no – as we are currently very busy, we unfortunately cannot accommodate customised orders at this time. However, this is something that we will be looking to work on in the near future.
I want to try the subscription items but I only want one. Can I do this
You can but to do this you will have to start a subscription and either pause or cancel once your order arrives
