Easter has arrived, this can only mean one thing... Lots and lots of chocolate and quality time with your loved ones. Being the chocolate lover that I am, the Easter celebrations slightly out-way the magic of Christmas for me! And when there are sweet treats to be had, there is baking to be done!

It was my mums birthday this week, so I decided to create a tray bake that I knew she would LOVE. She is a massive fan of all things Turkish delight. I mean all of it, icing sugar dusted, chocolate coated, coconut rolled, all of it! Only the rose flavour though. So with that I mind I decided to get my creating hat on and make a rose Turkish delight flavoured brownie. Delicious!

The news everyone has all been waiting for has finally dropped!! Okay… What I mean is the news that I have been waiting for has finally dropped; the lucky baker making the cake for the upcoming Royal Wedding! This may just be the most exciting cake related news in a long time.

I am pretty sure that the world has gone Unicorn mad at the moment! But if you can't beat them, join them right?!
