I LOVE brownies.
When I first made the jump from chocolate to cakes, the brownie was my absolute favourite to make and in my mind, it still reigns supreme today. You just can’t beat the smell of freshly baked brownies, that gooey texture and chocolatey goodness! It makes me want to do some sort of happy dance in my kitchen.
This love for brownies is something I want to be able to share with everyone (vegans, and gluten-free’ers I’m looking at you) but with restrictions in our bakery, it hasn’t been possible for me and the team to do so… until now! (gluten-free’ers you may still need to hold your horses for now, but we’re working on it).
I’m so happy to say that myself and the team have worked out a way to successfully produce our very own Vegan Brownie that is here to stay! + Bonus points for it being absolutely delicious.
The team and I have tried and tested SO many recipes over the past year (after being a little unhappy with our vegan brownie last year) and we couldn’t be more proud of how it’s turned out. May the smell of freshly baked brownies forever reign supreme in the bakery!
This gooey, chocolatey and COMPLETELY Vegan brownie topped with an Oreo is the perfect sweet treat… and have I mentioned IT’S HERE TO STAY! (I know I have but boy oh boy that feels good to type).
