If there is any time of year made for cake, it has got to be Christmas! I for one, love cosying up by the Christmas tree with a hot chocolate and some of our delicious cakes, but I decided to go one better, and transform our delicious gooey chocolate brownies into a Christmas themed treat. Everything you need to know is listed below, but why not head over to our Ridiculously Rich by Alana YouTube channel to see exactly how I made them!

INGREDIENTS:

Ridiculously Rich Chocolate Brownies (or your own if you fancy making some first!)

Dark Chocolate (this looks the best, but milk chocolate will work too)

White, Green and Red Icing

Cake pop sticks

RECIPE:

Add the Ridiculously Rich Brownies into the mixer and until they begin to form into a dough.

Roll the mixture into small sized balls, insert cake pop sticks to one end and put in freezer for 1 hour to set.

Melt the dark chocolate over the hob or using a microwave, be careful not to burn!

Once the cake pops are set, dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate, ensuring to cover entirely and leave to harden.

Cut the white icing into circles to use as the brandy sauce, green icing as the holly leaves and red icing as berries.

There you have your mini Christmas puddings, perfect for a festive treat!
