You must know by now that here at Ridiculously Rich by Alana, we love our Rocky Road. But as a winter time treat, I decided to make it even better and turn it into delicious Rocky Road Fudge! 500g Chocolate (I like a mix of milk and dark but you can choose your favourite!) 
400g Condensed Milk
50g Butter
150g Mini Marshmallows
100g Peacans (or any nuts you like would work!)
80g Chocolate Coated Honeycomb


Add butter, condensed milk and chocolate in a saucepan over a low to midium heat and mix until the chocolate has melted. Stir constantly so that it doesn't burn at the bottom of the pan.

Add to a bowl and combine marshmallows and pecans, stir quickly but be careful not to over-stir as this could melt the marshmallows.

Add mixture to a baking tray lined with a baking sheet or greaseproof paper. Flatten the mixture with a spatula.

Add some extra marshmallows, peacans and crushed honeycomb to the top evenly and push into the mixture.

Refrigerate for a few hours.

Cut into bite-size pieces and enjoy!
